  • How do I book an appointment?

    Our preferred way that you book an appointment is through our online booking platform ‘Phorest.’ You can find this by following the link at the top of our website or through our instagram bio.

    If you have any questions, you can chat to us by calling the Glasgow salon on 0141 332 1999 or the Aberdeen salon 01224 596600. You can also contact us via email on info@nailco-nails.com or by DM-ing us on our social media platforms @nailconailbar or @nailcoaberdeen.

  • How often should I book to have my nails redone?

    Please check out our ‘Recommended booking guides’ which are accessible via our instagram bios or website. These guides outline all services and how often we recommend you book in for maintenance.

  • How long will my appointment take?

    This is entirely dependant upon which service you choose, whether you require a removal, any additional nail art, or even which nail tech you’re booked in with as some are faster at some services than others.

    When you book online, your confirmation email will give you a rough idea of total appointment time.

    However, if you’re in a rush or need to know in advance exactly how long you’ll be with us, please give us a call and we can give you an exact answer!

  • I’ve never had my nails done before and have no idea what service to choose!

    We’d suggest first and foremost heading over to our Instagram to get some ‘nailspo.’

    Once you’ve done this, give us a call and we’ll happily chat through the different treatment options and types to make sure your first nail appointment is the perfect one for you!

  • When I request a certain nail tech, is this guaranteed?

    We will do everything within our power to make sure that if you request a certain tech, your appointment is with them. However please be aware that this is not something which is 100% guaranteed.

    This may be subject to change as per the needs of the business, but yes, 99% of the time, your requests will be accommodated.

  • Can I hire the salon for a special occasion?

    Of course! The salon is available to hire to hen parties, bridal parties, birthday parties, anything you like!

  • What is the difference between nail art?

  • What is the difference between Acrylic and Gel extensions?

  • Is the online deposit refundable?

    The deposit is not refundable as we don’t hold your card details. Our salon software providers ‘Phorest’ deal with all online bookings and charges, and it is them who hold your card details and online deposit. It is however transferable if you book the same treatment and the same service with the same technician.
